SCALP TREATMENT

Normal Scalp
1/2 rose water
1/2 mineral water
1 tsp. cologne

Oily Scalp
3 oz. witch hazel
3 oz. mineral water
Pulp of 1 lemon

Dry, Tight Scalp
2 oz. warm olive oil
1 tsp. wheat germ oil
1/2 tsp. oil of rosemary
3 drops of lavender oil

Section hair in 1-inch widths and dampen the scalp at each parting with a saturated cotton ball. Rewet your fingers in the solution as necessary.
